Shipping dates
On Monday to Friday, orders placed before 3:00 PM are shipped the same day. Orders placed during the weekends will be shipped the next Monday. 

Free home delivery conditions
We offer free shipping on orders over €100,- in NL, BE and DE.

Carriers
We ship all orders with PostNL. PostNL will deliver the orders in NL & BE. For all other countries, PostNL will hand over the package to a local delivery service. 

Return costs
We do not offer free returns, these costs are for the customer. We do encourage you to think about the environmental impact of shipping. To minimize the return process, we would love to help you. If you have doubts about the size or fit please feel free to contact us. You can do this via Instagram or send us an E-mail to office@clublavenir.com.

Order fulfillment
Once the order is sent, we will provide you with the tracking details by mail. In case you made a mistake in the address you entered, please let us know by sending a mail to office@clublavenir.com.

Belgium €6,50 | 1-3 business days
Germany €7,50 | 2-4 business days
